1. Seller and scope

Kremira is operated by RÉVÉSZ MÁRK KRISZTIÁN E.V., registration number 61635670 (the "Seller"), registered with Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal (NAV), Hungary. Hungarian tax number: 91644547-1-43. Registered address: Gyergyó utca 8/a, 1182 Budapest, Hungary. Email: info@kremira.com. Telephone: +36 70 322 5712.

These Terms govern purchases of physical products through kremira.de and kremira.com by a natural person acting outside that person's trade, business or profession (the "Buyer"). Product descriptions and the order details shown before payment form part of the contract. These Terms can be saved and printed.

1. Orders and payment

The Buyer places an order by selecting products, adding them to the cart, entering contact and delivery details, selecting an available delivery and payment method, and submitting the order using the payment button. The Buyer can review and correct the cart and details before submitting. Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay if the Seller accepts it.

A contract is concluded when the Seller emails the Buyer confirmation accepting the order. A message that merely acknowledges receipt is not acceptance unless it also confirms acceptance. The Seller acknowledges receipt without undue delay. If the Buyer does not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, the Buyer is no longer bound by the order.

Contracts may be concluded in English. The contract is concluded electronically in written form. The Seller shall electronically archive the Buyer's order, the Seller's acceptance and the applicable version of these Terms, together with the parties' identifying details and the dates and times of their declarations, in a form that allows their content to be reproduced unchanged. The Buyer receives the Seller's acceptance by email and can access the order details through the link included in that email or request a copy of the archived contract at info@kremira.com.

The Seller does not subscribe to a separate code of conduct for these sales.

Prices include applicable taxes. Available payment methods, delivery restrictions, delivery charges and the total payable are shown before the Buyer submits the order. Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Invoices are issued through Számlázz.hu.

The Seller may decline an order before acceptance if the products are unavailable, payment fails, a material listing error prevents acceptance, or the transaction cannot lawfully be fulfilled. Any payment received for an order the Seller declines will be refunded without undue delay. Changes to these Terms apply to future orders.

1. Delivery

Webshippy handles packing and dispatch and arranges delivery on the Seller's behalf. The Seller delivers without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is concluded, unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed before the Buyer orders. A shorter delivery period stated for the Buyer's order applies where offered.

If the Seller fails to deliver within the agreed period, the Buyer may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and terminate the contract if the Seller fails to deliver within that period. An additional period is not required where the law permits immediate termination. Amounts due following termination will be refunded without undue delay. Following immediate termination for non-delivery under Hungarian law, the refund deadline is 14 days after notice of termination; any shorter mandatory deadline applies.

For delivery arranged by the Seller, the risk of loss or damage passes when the Buyer or a person nominated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, physically receives the products.

1. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Statutory withdrawal period

Subject to the exclusion below, the Buyer may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a person nominated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, receives the products. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last good. The Buyer may also withdraw before delivery or withdraw the order before acceptance.

To withdraw, the Buyer must communicate an unequivocal statement to the Seller. Withdrawal notices can be sent to info@kremira.com. The model withdrawal form below is optional. The Buyer's withdrawal is timely if the Buyer sends the statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Opened hygiene seals

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were supplied sealed, are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.

This exclusion does not affect statutory rights concerning products that do not conform to the contract.

Returning goods

Following a valid withdrawal, the Buyer must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. This deadline is met if the Buyer dispatches the goods before the period expires.

The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning goods following withdrawal. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The Seller may deduct a substantiated amount for that diminished value where permitted by law.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, the Seller reimburses payments received for the withdrawn purchase without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of the Buyer's withdrawal. For withdrawal from the whole order, this includes the cost of the Seller's least expensive standard delivery option; additional costs for a more expensive option selected by the Buyer are not reimbursed.

The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Seller receives the returned goods or evidence that the Buyer has dispatched them, whichever is earlier, unless the Seller has offered to collect them. Reimbursement uses the original payment method unless the Buyer expressly agrees otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

The Seller does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds beyond those required by applicable law.

1. Products that do not conform to the contract

Seller's statutory liability for conformity — kellékszavatosság

The Seller is responsible for goods that do not conform to the contract at delivery. Under Hungarian law, the limitation period for conformity claims is generally two years from delivery, subject to statutory suspension, renewal and any longer mandatory period applicable to the Buyer's purchase.

The Buyer may request repair or replacement free of charge, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or disproportionately costly. Repair or replacement must be completed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the Buyer. A proportionate price reduction or termination and refund is available under the statutory conditions, including where bringing the goods into conformity is refused or not completed appropriately, a defect persists, or the defect is sufficiently serious. Termination is unavailable for a minor defect.

The Buyer must notify the Seller of a defect without delay after discovering it; under Hungarian law, notification within two months of discovery is regarded as timely. A defect discovered within one year of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery unless that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or defect. After that period, the statutory rules on proof apply. Any more favourable mandatory rules applicable to the Buyer's purchase remain effective.

The Buyer must use and store products according to their instructions, expiry date and stated period after opening. The Seller's conformity liability does not cover deterioration caused solely by improper use, improper storage or use beyond those limits.

Manufacturer's statutory product warranty — termékszavatosság

Under Hungarian law, the Buyer may also claim repair or replacement from the manufacturer or distributor treated as the manufacturer for this purpose if the product fails to meet the quality requirements applicable when it was placed on the market or the manufacturer's description. This right expires two years after the manufacturer placed the product on the market. The Buyer must establish the product defect; statutory grounds of exemption apply to the manufacturer.

Commercial guarantees — jótállás

The Seller does not provide an additional voluntary commercial guarantee. Any mandatory guarantee or separately advertised manufacturer's guarantee applies on its own terms and does not reduce statutory conformity rights.

To raise a conformity claim, the Buyer may contact the Seller at info@kremira.com with sufficient information to identify the purchase and the issue. The Seller records statutory conformity and guarantee claims and provides a copy of the record without undue delay. If the Seller cannot decide on the claim when it is reported, the Seller communicates its position within eight days, including reasons and conciliation information if the claim is rejected, subject to any applicable statutory procedure involving a repair service. The Seller aims to complete repair or replacement within 15 days and informs the Buyer of the expected duration if it takes longer. Returns required to provide a statutory conformity remedy are at the Seller's expense.

1. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints may be submitted using the email, postal address or telephone number in section 1. The Seller examines oral complaints immediately and remedies them where necessary. If immediate examination is not possible or the Buyer disagrees with the outcome, the Seller promptly records the complaint and provides a copy as required by law. Written complaints receive a substantive written response within 30 days of receipt, subject to any different mandatory deadline. Complaints submitted through an electronic complaint form are acknowledged by email without undue delay.

If the complaint is rejected, the Seller gives reasons and identifies the competent consumer protection authority or conciliation board, as appropriate, including the required contact details and whether the Seller has made a general declaration accepting the board's binding jurisdiction.

The Buyer may seek out-of-court resolution through the competent Hungarian conciliation board after attempting to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller. Competence generally depends on the Buyer's Hungarian residence or place of stay; if neither exists, the statutory rules use the Seller's registered location. The Seller complies with statutory duties to cooperate in conciliation proceedings. Contact details appear in the Conciliation Board Contacts appendix below.

For alleged breaches of consumer protection rules, the Buyer may also contact the competent consumer protection authority. 1. Shopify and personal data

The Seller's store is hosted by Shopify. Purchases are contracts between the Buyer and the Seller. Shopify processes the personal data of store visitors and Buyers, including through Shopify Network Intelligence, which combines interactions with the Seller's store, other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services. Data is shared with Shopify and relevant service providers, which may be located in other countries. Consent is obtained where required.

1. Applicable law

Hungarian law governs these Terms. This choice does not deprive the Buyer of mandatory consumer protections applicable in the Buyer's country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
